Onboarding flow

The first day in a workspace

Learning concept · onboarding a new user

My contribution

A new team member needs to find a starting point and create their first task without a lengthy tutorial.

My contribution
Designed a short introductory flow, a sample workspace and contextual empty-state prompts. Separated essential actions from settings that could wait.
Deliverables
A journey map, a prototype of the main flow and state descriptions for team discussion. This concept was not launched and has no production metrics.

Enquiries without the search

Learning concept · a team’s working interface

My contribution

A coordinator needs to see who owns each enquiry and what should happen next.

My contribution
Designed a filtered list, a concise enquiry view and explicit processing states. Considered keyboard navigation and recovery from input errors.
Deliverables
A set of screens, component rules and usability test scenarios. This illustrates an approach rather than a delivered client product.
