The pages and features, content work, language versions, schedule and completion criteria. We agree revision rounds and responsibility for materials before starting.

How will I receive access to the website?

Before work starts, we agree whose accounts will hold the domain, hosting and services, and how code and access will be handed over. Ownership and usage terms are recorded in the agreement.

What costs remain after launch?

Domains, hosting and paid third-party services may involve recurring fees. Support, new functionality and promotion are agreed separately; we identify the required costs in the estimate.

Who will update text and images?

We discuss what needs changing, how often and who will handle it. The update process and any work it requires are agreed separately; self-service editing is not automatically included with every website.
