About your data
Privacy and enquiries
This page describes what happens to your data when you browse the site or send us an enquiry.
What you send
An enquiry requires your name, email and a project description. An alternative contact method and company name are optional. The form also sends the page language so your confirmation can use that language. Please leave out passwords, payment details and documents that are not needed to discuss your project.
How email works
The form passes your enquiry to Resend, the email delivery service, to send it to the studio inbox. A separate confirmation goes to your email address without a copy of your project description. Your details are used to reply and discuss your request. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Protecting the form
The site validates requests and limits how often the form can be submitted. This uses technical connection data and temporary counters based on the IP address and email. The counters contain protected hash values rather than the addresses themselves. Delivery logs contain the outcome and email identifiers; the form code does not log your message.
After sending
Your enquiry is kept in email correspondence. Closing the page or clearing your browser does not delete emails that have already been sent. The email service also processes data needed for delivery. To ask about data held for a particular enquiry, use the form or reply in an existing email conversation.
Cookies and external services
The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies or store referral sources for enquiries. Google Analytics, advertising pixels and session recording are not connected. Fonts are loaded from the site itself. The Instagram link opens an external service whose own data handling rules apply.
Questions about your data
To ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry data, use the contact form or reply to our email. Include the email address you used and explain your request. Before sharing data, we may need to confirm that the enquiry belongs to you.
